A Message to Our Valued Patients
As we all follow the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I would like to take a moment to let you know that your safety is our top priority and my entire team appreciates the trust you place in us. We have taken some additional additional steps around the office to ensure your health and safety. March 14th marks the 4th year since acquiring this dental practice! Since then, I’ve invested in updating the practice with fixtures that offer the most up-to-date features available, that happen to also help dental teams more easily minimize risks in spreading any disease; including viruses like COVID-19.
When it comes to keeping patients and our team healthy, taking extraordinary precautions is something that we have always done on a daily basis. However, we’ve double downed on the existing high standards of care, by also paying special attention to communal areas that our patients might encounter throughout the entire building; not just in our own office. We deep-clean our waiting area daily, as well as disinfecting any furniture and surfaces, such as doorknobs, shared restrooms, light switches, etc., with the same medical disinfectant products that we use throughout our clinical areas– several times throughout the day.
My entire team is staying up to date on developments, and taking all necessary steps to ensure best practices from the, ADA, CDC, WHO, and the Washington State Department of Health. I also ask your help with minimizing the risks. If you have a scheduled appointment with us and have traveled outside of the country in the past 3 weeks or have experienced flu-like symptoms (cough, respiratory illness, or fever) within the last 2 weeks, I ask that you please contact our office to reschedule your appointment.
Health has got to be everyone’s top priority and we’re working hard to do our part, to help protect our patients and community.
